Bus Eireann provide a regular service (Bus number 237) to both Baltimore via the market town of Skibbereen.

Baltimore is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from Cork or 4.5 hour drive from Dublin.

There are many car hire services at Cork International airport which seem to be very good value at the moment.
